The strategic plan vividly reveals the organization's next five years strategic goals and programs sourced from its original vision and mission. The plan was developed on basis of critical assessment of target group beneficiaries, strategic partners, networks and donor organization and thorough SWOT analysis of internal and external situation with respect to the mission of NLK. This strategic plan is believed to the best guiding tool to NLK for enforcing policies, Resource mobilization, Communication, Capacity building and programs outreach and effective implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation for the coming five years.
